Mission Statement
To monitor the Addison Place community common areas for potential upgrades, repairs, and maintenance and make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors for budget approval.
The Committee is composed of homeowners and volunteers. The Committee will not focus on anything requiring homeowner action, such as violations. We will meet on a monthly basis and give updates via email and summarize as appropriate during monthly Board meetings.
