Over Garage Door Lights
Several of our neighbors have had a new motion-detect fixture with LED lights installed by P.J.’s Handyman Services-Paul J. Offer for a very reasonable price. The neighbors are satisfied with Paul’s work. He does other handyman work. Paul can be reached at 214 563-4757.

Several neighbors have had their homes done. Speak highly and recommend NRG Pros. NRG Pros do weatherization on homes +Check air leakage +Blow insulation in attics +Seal & caulk windows +Door strips & door sweeps +Seal plumbing. Since all Addison Place homes are all-electric ONCOR requirements are met. NRG Pros participates in ONCOR’s Take a Load off Texas program which could cover 30% to 70% of the cost. I found their work to be efficient and was particularly pleased with sealing around my front and patio doors. My cost was very reasonable. Dial Loi at 469 735-6237.
